Meet Cyndi Schutz
Living in rural Leonardsville, New York – Cyndi Schutz is the proud owner of two businesses, DCS Investment Group and DCS Real Property. Cyndi and her husband, David developed an interest in real estate early and received training from others in this field – but never got the coaching support needed to get the business off the ground. Cyndi received an e-mail containing a video that featured real estate training from Lee Arnold.

Cyndi and David attended the tuition paid Funding Tour in St. Louis, Missouri. Enjoying all the great information Lee and his team had to offer, the Schutz’s invested in the Independent Private Money Broker Certification, the Rehab Certification, and the Regional Real Estate Clinic.
Action and Results Continued:
Cyndi and David Schutz stayed an entire month at our home office in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho to attend Master Rehab and Master Broker Training. Cyndi and David have also re-attended as many Funding Tours as they can, not only to network – but to also convince others that The Lee Arnold System works.
Cyndi's first property listing as an agent began where she helped homeowners by utilizing her fix-and-flip training to stage their property for sale. Cyndi closed the sale and earned her first check for $4,500 as a sellers agent. From this sale, the buyers then asked Cyndi to be THEIR agent. Others in her local community have also taken notice and hired Cyndi to help them with their real estate investments.
