Meet Jeffrey & Brian Messmer
Brothers, Jeffrey and Brian Messmer reside in Columbus, Ohio and have grown up in the world of real estate—their father owned Messmer Investments, a small rental property business. Both brothers took over the business after their father decided to retire. Action and Results:
Jeffrey and Brian formed Aviation Home Solutions to wholesale, fix-and-flip, and invest in rental properties. Focusing on wholesaling in order to flip properties for a profit using little-to-no-rehab work and funding, they partnered on a Columbus, Ohio deal with three other investors for a 10% return. No rehab work was done and the Messmer Brothers wholesaled the property to an investor who wanted to purchase the home to fix-and-flip.
The wholesale property was initially purchased for $40,000, and then quickly sold to an investor for $54,045 in just 35 days. After settling up with their partners, the brothers received a profit of $11,250! Having tasted rapid success, Jeffrey and Brian Messmer have now developed an interest in continuing their Lee Arnold System education with Lien Abatement Certification.
