The Tim Bollar Success Story

Meet Tim Bollar

Currently living in the heart of Rochester, New York, Tim Bollar has dabbled in real estate at varying degrees for the last 25 years. Wanting to explore other options that would give him more flexibility and control of his income potential, Tim started researching various real estate education companies. It checked all prerequisite boxes taught by Lee at the Certification—a vacant, good-sized starter home that just needed a little cosmetic repair. He used the ReverseREO strategy to gain control of the note, while it was in foreclosure, and went to work.

Tim only invested $9,000 in repairs on the property, replacing the garage doors, painting the interior, and ripping out old carpet. He refinished the original hardwood floor back to pristine condition and replaced the furnace and water tank. After closing, the final check sent to Tim was for $85,156.34, and, after costs, his profit was $37,656.34. 

With this successful deal, Lee reimbursed Tim his entire tuition for his ReverseREO education. Since then, Tim has quit his 9-5 job and is now living his dream as a full-time real estate investor, where he enjoys no glass ceiling or earning’s cap. He continues to find good deals to buy and hold or fix and flip using the ReverseREO method.
