Updating the email address and or Merge a record :
              Apply the Admin_Resend_HTTP

Can login but does not have access to an item.
              Apply the Admin_Resend_HTTP
                         If that does not work :
                         Go to site and resync the record

If you go to the site and it say in red (Duplicate Record)
          click Re-Sync
          then Update
