1. For products/services over $4,000.00
If the product/service is paid in full:
- Apply the “balance_paid_in_full” note template.
- Send the client their enrollment confirmation letter and agreement. After you send the documents apply the “waiting_on_ppwk” note template.
- (Fulfillment) Call client for their welcome call. Make sure that they sign all documents and fill out their personal profile.
- (Fulfillment) Once you receive signed documents, upload them into the clients file box, then update notes - put note template: Date/Location_Confirmed or Date/Location_Pending .
- (Fulfillment) Once they complete their personal profile, the system will send an email to [email protected]. Let Robert know and schedule a meeting if need be.
If they have a balance due:
- Apply the “balance_due” note template.
- Send the client their enrollment confirmation letter and agreement. After you send the documents apply the “waiting_on_ppwk” note template.
- Once you see that the client is paid in full, then apply the note template” balance_paid_in_full”
- (Fulfillment) After the client has paid in full then we can start their welcome call. Send the client their booklet for the event. Make sure that they sign all documents and have submitted their personal profile.
- (Fulfillment) Once you receive signed documents, upload them into the clients file box. , then update notes - put note template: Date/Location_Confirmed or Date/Location_Pending .
- (Fulfillment) Once they complete their personal profile, the system will send an email to [email protected]. let Robert know and schedule a meeting if need be.
2. For products/services less than $4,000.00
If the product/service is paid in full:
- Apply the “purchased” note template
If they have a balance due:
- The only way they can get access is if they have a payment plan set up. If not then they will not receive access.
- After you set up the auto payment, apply the “purchased” note template.
3. Hard Copies of Products
- Purchased_Fulfilled: If they have received the hard copy,
- If we have to send them a hard copy then apply the “purchased_need_to_fulfill” note template
- (Fulfillment) After you send out the hard copy, then apply the “Fulfilled” note template
- Fulfilling Tag: you can use this to mass apply the “Fulfilled” note template
- If the note template has already been applied and they have not received an email/gained access:
- Apply the “admin_resend_http” note template, then apply the “resend membership password note template”
