Two days, three times each year, you work one-on-one with Lee in a Mastermind session with a small, select group and delve deep into your own businesses, and Lee’s businesses. Each session is specific to a discipline — Business, Marketing, and Assets. By invitation only.

It’s the pinnacle of our system, proof of your success, and an acknowledgment that even though you have reached that level, there is still so much more to learn.

Three times each year, in the spring, the summer, and the fall, for two days, Lee, you and a selected contigent of others, are invited to Coeur d’Alene to particpate.

Discipline One — the Business Multiplier.

This is the basis, the foundation upon which the other disciplines are built. Things like the right software for accounting, marketing and sales, how each of us capitalize our businesses, how we give our customers the right experience, and how we network, build a power team, plan, measure and hire. And more. Do we each have the right entities created to protect ourselves, our families and our businesses? Are we using the right time management strategies to help us get more productive work done? What works for who and why? No book teaches this stuff. We all learn from each other.

Discipline Two — the Marketing Multiplier.

You might be a broker, a lawyer, a real estate investor, or plumber. But if you want to grow your business — we need to perfect marketing. We will share our experiences, success and failures in analog media (print, tv, radio, mail, etc.), and digital media (web sites, landing pages, Facebook, Twitter, blogging, etc.). Bring samples of what you use, what you like and what you hate. Each of us will emerge from the two-day Marketing Multiplier with more ideas than we can shake a stick at. After we leave, it will be on us to implement — of course with the help of all the contacts and support businesses our fellow participants use successfully safely stuffed into our contacts database.

Discipline Three — the Asset Multiplier.

How are we handling our wealth as it grows? We will be discussing our portfolios, our tax returns, and the contacts and firms we use to help our money grow. This mastermind is not only about growing your business, but growing your nest egg. We will discuss our monetary goals and what we are doing to each them. From setting up advanced trusts and wills, to creating entity structures that legally allow us to keep more of what we earn. We will talk with attorneys and advisors on our personal strategies and meet some of the smartest people I know on how to do this right. This isn’t so much about protecting our assets, although that certainly will be among the discussion topics, but more about keeping more and growing it faster.
