Don't use the drive-thru. I was told they would be right with me, then waiting five minutes watching them take everyone in-store in line and then new people in the store who kept coming before I hit the call button again and was finally helped. This Walgreens didn't answer any of your phone calls when I tried calling to ask about my Modafinil medicine. I also stood there for 20 minutes waiting to pick up, and there was NO ONE in line. There were a few people working there, and they kept making eye contact with me but ignored me & didn't help me until other people started waiting behind me.
After dealing with a horrible pharmacy in Tucson where they never answered the phone, terrible customer service and told us the Rx would be ready in 15 mins then to later find out that they only had part of the Rx without Provigil, I had a prescription transferred to Walgreens, and they were amazing! Awesome customer service kept me posted on the status of my daughter's prescription, and just an overall great experience. Thanks again Walgreens!!!

I love Rite Aid Pharmacy. This is the only pharmacy I shop at. They have the very best staff in the store is always clean, and they fall all the covet regulations everybody wears a mask, and they have places to wash your hands and to disinfect the cards when you walk in, but the staff always says hello to you and miss you so very welcome. None of the other pharmacies here are as good as this one.
