Meet Tom Amereihn
Tom Amereihn of Baltimore, Maryland has been interested in real estate since 2008. He became a Certified Broker with Lee Arnold’s System of Real Estate Investing, and since then, has immersed himself in our educational programs, completing the Master Broker Program, Rehab Certification, Master Rehab Training, Master Lien Abatement, and Lee's Inner Circle. In addition to soaking up all the training and coaching, Tom invested in Lee Arnold's real estate innovation, SendFuse, a powerful texting tool which automates the ‘Rule of 56'. Within a week of implementing SendFuse’s postcard mailers, Tom received a call from an owner of a property near Salsbury, Maryland.
Action and Results:
After talking to the seller, Tom negotiated to assume the FHA loan for $66,179 (only coming out of pocket $3,600 in closing costs). The after-repair value of the property is $225,000. Once the rehab is complete, Tom plans to hold onto the property.
When driving properties, Tom continues to utilize SendFuse’s ability to pull detailed property information and send out postcards on the fly. Since investing in the tool, he has initiated over 50 campaigns and loves how easy and quick the SendFuse process is.
