Real Estate Investment Education
Mohamad Ejaz
Having a formal background in accounting, Mohammad Ejaz has plenty of experience with numbers. He has his master’s degree in finance and has worked in the field for more than 20 years. Because of this, he has developed great business skills like consulting, accounting, team building, and management. Living in the Los Angeles area, Mohammad has had lots of exposure to entrepreneurs making names for themselves. He noticed they all shared one thing in common: they participated in real estate investing. Knowing this was key to their success, Mohammad began looking at how to utilize real estate for his own wealth generation.
Mohammad attended many seminars and webinars to understand the real estate market. Intrigued by Lee Arnold’s Money Connector, Mohammed re-attended the Funding Tour several times, learned different strategies for real estate, and invested in both wholesaling and brokering. “This training is more to the point and gives the step-by-step process that brings success to you. It doesn’t have the fluff like other trainings do.”
From his many years of real estate education, Mohammed utilized the connections he had gained to find two single-family properties in Alabama. The properties were a 2 bed 1 bath and a 3 bed 2 bath and both were being rented out by the owner. Mohammad used COGO Capital for a refinance loan on the properties and received 3% of the loan as a broker. As a combined deal, Mohammed received a check for $1,650! As an accountant, Mohammed prefers being on the money side of the transaction. “I like letting people do the things that they are good at. If you can find deals, I will fund them. If you want to fix and flip, I will front the money.” Mohammad has two more deals coming from a contact who wholesales in Dallas!
