From his many years of real estate education, Mohammed utilized the connections he had gained to find two single-family properties in Alabama. The properties were a 2 bed 1 bath and a 3 bed 2 bath and both were being rented out by the owner. Mohammad used COGO Capital for a refinance loan on the properties and received 3% of the loan as a broker. As a combined deal, Mohammed received a check for $1,650!
