Use This Formula to Generate Wealth In Real Estate
My employees and clients are highly familiar with this formula. I’ve seen great successes and failures all having to do with who adhered to the formula’s rules. The formula is pretty simple, but in a nutshell, the most powerful force in helping you achieve wealth through real estate.
It’s called: The Responsibility Formula.
What is The Responsibility Formula?
In essence, it’s just this.
If you would like to have more control over your income, your time and your success, then you need to take more responsibility.
My salespeople don’t like when I bring it up because they want more people to enter in, but I don’t want people to buy what they won’t do or use.
You may have had a hard life, or just a mundane one, but every time you give an excuse for why you can’t or won’t be successful, you give away the control of your ability to find the success you desire.
If you don’t take responsibility for finding and owning your success, no one else will.

Personally Perceived Strongholds Against Reaching Out For Private Money
- I am not worthy
- I am not ready
- It’s not the right time
Your Real Issue With Reaching Out For Private Money?
You do not want anyone to realize how disorganized or unknowledgeable you are. When you go to approach a private money lender, convincing them how driven you are to make it happen (and then don’t want to work more than 4 hours a day… or after 5… or on the weekends), you sever the relationship. In truth, you do not have the energy or motivation to make it happen.
In all honesty, that’s understandable, but not a justifiable reason when it comes to you reaching your goals. If you don’t do anything about your knowledge or organization, your biggest hindrance to wealth is yourself.
The Underlying Truth
“Entrepreneurship is living a few years of your life like most people won’t, so that you can spend the rest of your life like most people can’t.”
There is no difference between the lender and you. Period. You can be as successful as every single one of the people you borrow from. I know it. I’ve seen it countless times at impossible odds. I believe you can, but… do you?
